Honest limits
- A capsule carries committed facts, not files; uncommitted work blocks departure.
- GrantTap never pushes, fetches, merges, or resolves resource conflicts by itself.
- Cursor has scoped author attribution but no phase-one remote start. Grok Build has no trusted caller hook yet.
