Connection app
Codex Connected accounts is not the GrantTap device list. granttap.com/connect handles coding-app approval and observations. The GrantTap connection card shows the one-time device QR through Add a device, Add another device, or Reconnect. Never paste a pairing QR into chat.
Live task catalog
See active and recent Codex work with its real computer, workspace, model, and context state.
Permission hooks
Trusted Codex hooks enforce configured local policy and route unresolved decisions to the phone.
Native continuation
Reply to the same Codex session from iPhone or send a short turn from Apple Watch.
Mesh
Codex can author scoped Mesh events and receive an authorized handoff in a separate worktree.
Honest limits
- Both installed GrantTap hooks must be reviewed and trusted in Codex before enforcement is considered ready.
- GrantTap does not broaden Codex approval policy or silently push and fetch Git state.
- A handoff is commit-based: from runtime 0.8.70, uncommitted work stays on the source computer with a warning unless it is checkpointed to a local branch.
